Job summary

Wellarence Ray is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to manage breakdown, predictive, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment across industrial utilities.

The role focuses on efficient operation of LT panels, ETP, RO plant, chiller plants, cooling towers, DG sets, air compressors, HVAC systems, and related utility networks. You will document inspections and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in maintenance engineering or related field.
• Diploma/ITI in electrical trade.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventative measures for industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance on LT panels, ETP, RO plant, chiller plants, cooling towers, DG sets, air compressors, HVAC equipment, and utilities.
• Ensure efficient operation of all utilities including ETP, RO system, and chilled water distribution network.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues related to utility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report defects or malfunctions found during inspections.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of all utilities including water treatment plants (ETP), reverse osmosis (RO) system, chilled water supply network distribution system.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues related to utility operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any defects or malfunctions found during inspections.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years' experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
  
• Diploma/ITI degree in relevant trade (e.g., electrical).
  
• B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
