Job summary

Curia India Pvt Ltd in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced engineering professional to oversee operation, maintenance, qualification, and audit compliance of HVAC, purified water and other utility systems within the plant.

You will supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance, coordinate vendor activities, ensure IQ/OQ/PQ qualification and calibration schedules, manage spares inventory, and drive continuous improvement of engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation, maintenance, qualification, and audit compliance of HVAC, purified water, and utility systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shutdown activities, and daily monitoring of engineering equipment and utilities.
• Ensure equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation activities, calibration schedules, and compliance documentation are maintained.
• Manage inventory of engineering spares, vendor development, purchase requisitions, work completion, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate plant modification projects, equipment installations, and qualification activities with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Supervise electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and civil maintenance activities to ensure reliable and efficient plant operations.
• Prepare and implement SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement of engineering systems and utilities.
