Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Mechanical is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial maintenance or plant maintenance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Familiarity with motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, HVAC systems, and control panels.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance teams, and external contractors.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Supervise technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and equipment failures.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and permit-to-work systems
