Rotehügels in Gujarat, India invites an experienced Maintenance Engineer – Instrumentation & Automation to maintain plant instrumentation, automation, and process control systems. The role involves ensuring accurate process monitoring, reliable automation, and continuous plant operation.

You will calibrate transmitters, manage PLC/DCS/SCADA/HMI, perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, support process optimization, and ensure safety and calibration standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in instrumentation and automation maintenance in process industries.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, or equivalent).
• Experience with DCS/SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, HART).
• Knowledge of process control loops, PID tuning, and field instrumentation.
• Experience with calibration and loop checking.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS/SAP PM systems.
