Job summary

Rotehügels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer – Electrical to maintain and improve the reliability of electrical systems across our refinery in Gujarat. The role focuses on HT/LT distribution, transformers, motors, VFDs, and safety compliance, requiring 5–10 years in industrial maintenance.

You will coordinate shutdowns, commissioning activities, monitor energy efficiency, and maintain accurate electrical drawings and records while supporting new equipment installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering.
• 5–10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with HT/LT systems, motors, VFDs, transformers, UPS, DG sets.
• Knowledge of protection relays and motor control systems.
• Familiarity with SAP PM or CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HT/LT electrical distribution systems.
• Maintain transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, motors and protection systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.
• Coordinate electrical shutdowns and commissioning activities.
• Monitor power quality and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
• Maintain electrical drawings and maintenance records.
