Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain baseline condition of all equipment.
• Develop weekly/daily checklists for critical utilities.
• Review and optimize spares inventory annually.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for operation and maintenance of all utility equipment, ETP, chillers and air conditioners, MHE, and pollution control devices.
• Coordinate with projects for installation of new equipment.
• Adhere to permit requirements and regulatory compliance.

Role & responsibilities

To take overall responsibility for Operation & maintenance all utility equipments, ETP , Chillers & Air Conditioners, Material handling equipments & pollution control devices.

To coordinate with projects for installation of new equipments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Sustenance of CLIT
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance.
• To maintain basis condition of all equipments.
• Introduction of weekly and daily check list for important utility & pollution control devices.
• Developing alternate/local source of vendor of spares
• To review inventory for engineering spares once in a year and identify non-moving items and taking necessary actions to reduce stock.
• To identify various losses area wise and taking necessary actions.
• To area for reuse/recycle of water.
• To ensure meeting of the legal requirements, statutory , compliance .
• Adherence to work Permit.
