Teva Global Business Services is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee the operation of plant utilities and support non-manufacturing areas in Goa, India. The role focuses on sustaining availability of equipment, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance across sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and operation of plant utilities like Air compressor, Chillers, Heat pumps, Hot water system, Water system, HVAC systems, Nitrogen plant, Gensets, cooling towers, boilers, NG stations, Transformers, HT switchyards, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems and other utilities related systems.
• Provide maintenance support to QC/Micro area, Fire pump house, ETP, Solvent storage yard and other non manufacturing areas as applicable.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, building maintenance, AMC, CAMC, breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance and safety compliance inspections.
• Support Engineers & Technicians in functional engineering, maintenance, repair and planning, detailed scheduling and execution to ensure continuity of availability of plant & equipment at optimal cost.
• Reporting of daily MIS, incidents & deviations and other observations.
• Execute maintenance activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve shift maintenance plan.

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Maintenance and operation of plant utilities like Air compressor, Chillers, Heat pumps, Hot water system, Water system, HVAC systems, Nitrogen plant, HSD yard,Gensets, cooling towers, boilers, NG stations,Transformers, HT switchyards,Electrical systems,Mechanical systems and other utilities related systems.
2. 2. Provide the maintenance support to the QC/Micro area, Fire pump house, ETP, Solvent storage yard and other non manufacuturing areas as applicable.
3. 3. Carrying out the Preventiva maintenance, Building maintenance, AMC,CAMC,Breakdown maintenance, predctive maintenance,Safety complinace inspections.
4. 4. Support Engineers & Technician in carrying out Functional Engineering, maintenance, repair and Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Execution to- ensure continuity of availability of plant & equipment at optimal cost, achieve standard capacity, ensure overall plant & equipment integrity & reliability in compliance with Teva Standards & Procedures.
5. 5. Reporting of daily MIS, Incidents & Deviations and other observations.
6. 6. Execute maintenance activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve shift maintenance plan.
7. 7. Upkeep the Equipment availability by analysing and reducing the breakdowns.
8. 8. Keep the facility in good condition with proper building maintenance.
9. 9. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
10. 10. Execute the Engineering & Maintenance activities in the plant & ensure timely delivery of AOP within the given budget, also having an In-depth understanding of Operation and maintenance procedures and project management principles.
11. 11. Support Engineers/technicians, Managers & contractors in carrying out, operation and maintenance planning, detailed scheduling and material ordering-delivery, project workflow and documentation.
12. 12. Ensure all legal, health and safety regulations are being followed.
13. 13. Working as per cGMP guideline and upkeep the facility and all time readiness for audit.
14. 14. Implementing improvement programs and its changes.
15. 15. Identifying the critical spares, consumables for the service floor area and keep them in stock.
16. 16. Lead contractors/vendor/OEMs and non-payroll manpower. Also, define their tasks and required resources.
17. 17. Assist Utility lead to achieve the Department goals and AOP.
18. 18. Contractor onboarding as per site compliance and site timelines.
19. 19. Lead procurements and invoicing of the assigned area and adhere the compliances. (Monitor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.)
20. 20. Track activities & deliverables, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
21. 21. Lead GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.
22. 22. Develop effective ways to measure and analyze the operation and maintenance progress. Common strategies for documenting a maintenance & operation include data collection and verbal and written status reports.
23. 23. Evaluate and identify the Energy savings projects, simplifications of procedures, revising the procedures or processes to eliminate the non-value added works.
24. 24. Implementation of contractor safety and induction, also routine evaluation of safe practices.
25. 25. Use the problem solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly
26. 26. Responsbile to take care all other activities assigned by Reporting manager and HOD.
27. 27. Keep self-updated on regulatory guidelines and product regulatory requirements of all markets to which product manufactured by the Site is exported.
28. 28. Connect with various OEMs, Facility maintenance, Industry Bodies, Statutory Bodies to complete the deliverables.
29. 29. Ensures the Periodical boiler, Electrical and other statury inspection readiness and it‘s compliances.
30. 30. Represent the utility area for all audits.
