Job summary

Care Zest Services in Hyderabad is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install and configure computer applications and operating systems, set up hardware, and manage LAN/WAN networks. You will maintain and repair routers and peripheral devices, ensure security and privacy, and perform regular upgrades to keep systems updated.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to train users. B.Tech graduates with at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

Job description

Role & responsibilities : Install and configure computer applications and operating systems

Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers

Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices

Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)

Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks

Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated

Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality

Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference

Installation and configuration of device drivers, utilities, java applications, digital signature certificates, biometric devices etc.

Installation and arrangement for videoconferencing

Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly

Experience with LAN/WAN networks Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components

Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

Excellent troubleshooting skills
