Sakshi com seeks an IT support technician in Telangana to handle desktop hardware, printers, and end-user devices. You will install OS, configure software, and troubleshoot networks for timely problem resolution.

You will support editorial apps (Patrika, Newswrap, Quark), maintain IT assets and documentation, and ensure antivirus and security updates across workstations. Strong communication with users and quick incident handling are essential.

Formación

• Experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to install and configure operating systems and drivers.
• Proficiency in basic network troubleshooting and IP concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, and PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain and support computer peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, PDAs, smartphones, and other end-user devices.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including cable crimping, IP addressing, subnetting, and internet connectivity issues.
• Provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and antivirus software such as Kaspersky, McAfee, and Quick Heal.
• Diagnose technical problems efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Support Editorial applications(Patrika, Newswrap, Quark)
