Job summary

Anshika Polysurf in Gujarat, India is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to define and document procedures, implement work instructions, and maintain a safe working environment through proper training and strict adherence to processes.

You will carry out repairs on plant and equipment, follow planned maintenance schedules, log progress, report root causes, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians while identifying spares and cost-saving opportunities.

• To define and document procedure and work instructions and effectively implement and maintain them.
• To ensure good and safe working environment by way of proper training and strict following of work to permit system.
• To improve working conditions by ensuring good housekeeping.
• Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.
• Strict following of planned preventative maintenance schedules (PPM).
• Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to management, Group Leader and Lead Tech.
• Typical example of work would be to respond to maintenance request for equipment fault, diagnose fault repair and return equipment to operational service. All work to be carried out operating in a safe and efficient manner.
• Identify spares requirements and control / log usage.
• Maintain daily progress report and submit to maintenance manager.
• Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
• Equipment monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and repair.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment.
• Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians
• looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
• Maintain records, reports and handover during shift change
• Looking of all in house MOC works & new project works with in house project team
• Looking welding, cutting, line fabrication, erection, installation works & riggers works
• Looking of all routine maintenance works activities
• Looking of all PM works activities
• Making of BOQ of all MOCs & making handmade drawings of all MOCs
