JobItUs is seeking a skilled mechanical engineer based in Bharuch District, Gujarat, India. The role involves equipment erection, commissioning, and ensuring the completion of all QA documentation within strict timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical drawings, managing material inventories, and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Erection, Commissioning & Handover of Project as per timeline.
• Completion of Qualification Document & other QA Document of New Project as per timeline.
• Review and Analysis of Project Mechanical Drawing.
• Compliance to approved Permit system and ensuring safe work Practices and ensure Zero accident at Project sites.
• Mechanical Material inventory management, material receipt, quality check, storage & tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate checking of vendor bills and maintain records.
• Distribute the daily Job work to fitter and follow up its & provide technical support & material.
• Implementing effective Preventive maintenance schedule to enhance equipment reliability and up time.
• Decrease Equipment down time due to unscheduled maintenance.
• Breakdown Maintenance - Completion of breakdown maintenance jobs for Plant within stipulated time.
• To took safety aspects during operations.
• Handling all the mechanical modification jobs required in the plants.
