Job summary

AurumData Solutions in Hyderabad is urgently seeking a Senior Mainframe Engineer / Mainframe Application Support Engineer (L3) with 8+ years of experience. The role requires face-to-face discussions, excellent English communication, and is a permanent, on-site position.

You will provide L3 production support for mainframe applications, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incidents, changes and deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe production support and L3 support.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2 and SQL in production environments.
• Experience with mainframe tooling and z/OS components is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for mainframe applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support incident, problem, change and release management.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth operations.
