Job summary

Sigma Engineered Solutions in Pune is seeking a Sr. Engineer to manage shift operations in a CNC/VMC driven machine shop. You will lead shift activities, ensure daily production targets, and take end-to-end responsibility for FG delivery.

The role requires hands-on problem solving for machine and quality issues and proactive cost control. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Production/Automobile engineering with 6–10 years in CNC/VMC/SPM environments and possesses strong

Responsibilities

• Handling shift activities independently.

• Machine and quality related problem resolving.
• Maintaining 5S, TPM Implementation.
• Quick setup change and approval on CNC/VMC.
• Responsible for shift wise rejection and analysis.
• Responsible for consumable cost.
