Qualifications

Name of Position: Senior Engineer

Job Objective

Senior Engineer - Tool Room operations

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Working experience in EDM machine, Electrode, spark gap and errowa holding devices.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments, CMM report reading, 5W1H analysis.
• Able to interpret, understand 2D drawing, EDM shifting sheet.
• Able to handle shift operations independently and ensure machine uptime & utilization.
• Knowledge of 5\"S\", TPM, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, and Safety practices is desirable.
• Familiar with Tool Room activities & maintain shop floor discipline during shift operation.

Qualification & Experience Required

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years experience.

Personal Characteristic

Good in problem solving, Quality orientation, First time right approach.

At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
