Job summary

Job Join Consultants is seeking a skilled CNC/VMC programmer for on-site work in Punjab, India. The role focuses on Fanuc programming, macro programming, and integrating shop floor planning with ERP systems to optimize production flow.

The ideal candidate will drive improvements in OEE, cycle times, tool life and cost efficiency while coordinating manpower and machine loads across the line.

Qualifications

• IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance knowledge is required.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, GD&T and Automotive Core Tools.
• CNC/VMC with robotics experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• CNC/VMC programming on Fanuc, including Macro Programming.
• Shop-floor production planning, manpower and machine load management.
• PPC/ERP/SAP for production tracking and inventory control.
• Improve OEE, cycle time, tool life and cost per part.
