Job summary

Leading Engineering Company is seeking a skilled engineer to plan and schedule daily and weekly production, supervising CNC turning, VMC and HMC operations on the shop floor. The role includes monitoring progress and addressing machine, tooling, material, and manpower issues to keep production on track.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics with 5–9 years of experience, demonstrating strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5–9 years of experience in CNC machine shops/precision machining or engineering manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly production.
• Supervise CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machining operations and monitor production progress.
• Handle and optimize day-to-day shop-floor issues related to machines, tooling, materials, quality and manpower.
• Implement Kaizen and 5S in the shop floor.
