Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking an experienced production leader for a critical role in an automotive manufacturing environment in Karnataka. You will plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules to meet tight deadlines while optimizing manpower allocation.

Responsibilities include controlling rejections, ensuring IATF/ISO quality adherence, leading 5S/CIP initiatives and capacity planning for CNC/VMC operations, and managing costs. Attractive salary 8–9 LPA.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Approximately 15 years in machine shop automotive manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning and capacity management.
