Looking for HRBP Role - Gateway Group of Companies
1. Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements and people-related challenges.
- Provide HR guidance and support on employee-related matters.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for assigned business units.
2. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee discussions and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Support managers in handling performance and behavioral issues.
- Maintain healthy employee-management relationships.
3. Performance Management
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and appraisals.
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Identify performance-related concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, activities, and surveys.
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend improvement areas.
- Work on retention strategies for critical and high-performing employees.
- Conduct employee connects, skip-level discussions, and regular check-ins.
5. Talent & Workforce Planning
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition on manpower requirements.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identify critical roles, talent gaps, and development requirements.
- Partner with managers to build internal talent pipelines.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training and development requirements in coordination with business leaders.
- Support competency development and career growth initiatives.
- Track effectiveness of learning programs.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Educate employees and managers regarding HR policies.
- Support HR compliance, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in policy review and improvement initiatives.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as:
- Attrition
- Employee engagement
- Headcount\
- Absenteeism
- Performance
- Employee movement
- Retention
- Provide actionable HR insights to management.
