Bonito Designs in India is seeking an HRBP (Assistant Manager/Manager) to act as a strategic partner to business teams, driving HR initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring smooth HR operations across units. The role collaborates with business leaders to align HR policies with growth objectives and to support organizational development.

You will lead employee lifecycle management, onboarding, engagement programs, and ER activities while partnering with central HR to implement

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 48 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage relations and grievances.
• Identify HR process gaps and implement improvements across teams.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to analyze trends and insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The HRBP (Assistant Manager / Manager) will act as a strategic partner to business teams, driving HR initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring smooth HR operations across business units/experience centers. The role requires a mix of operational excellence and strategic thinking to support business growth. Partner with the Business team to develop and implement HR policies and practices that will support the growth of a business.

Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a consultant to managers on people-related matters including performance, engagement, and retention
• Drive HR policies and ensure effective implementation across teams

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and induction processes
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Support employee relations and grievance handling
• Work closely with central HR team on engagement and retention strategies

HR Operations & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in existing HR processes and implement improvements
• Ensure accuracy and quality in HR service delivery (benefits, onboarding, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute HR initiatives

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity and efficient HRIS utilization
