Director of Business Development

Company: Futurism Technologies – Digital Transformation Partner. SEI-CMMI Level‑3 and ISO 9001:2015 certified. Headquarters: Pune, India with offices in the USA, Europe, Dubai, Germany.

Location: Pune (Baner) – Work From Office. Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am. Salary: LPA (to be discussed). Notice period: Max 30 days.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cold calling prospects.
• Sales demo and presentation.
• Gathering customer requirements over the phone.
• Email campaigning and sending business proposals.
• Sales negotiations and escalation handling.
• Closing sales opportunities.
• Update notes and progress in Salesforce.
• End‑to‑end sales process.

Job Requirements

• Excellent oral & written English communication skills (MUST).
• Prospecting skills – appointment scheduling for sales calls/presentations with sales manager (MUST).
• Ability to build own sales pipelines.
• Experience selling eCommerce websites and digital marketing services.
• Setting and meeting sales goals.
• Self‑motivation and positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of lead generation through cold calling.
• Any graduate degree.
• Experience in IT sales/software sales – eCommerce, ERP, IT.

Minimum 0‑6 years experience in business development. Preferred 2–4 years experience. Graduate (B.B.A.) optional.
