• Insurance Risk covers transit insurance renewal, declarations, premium adjustments, claims management and claim reduction
• Process Projects entails process compliance, SAP/ERP controls and logistics infrastructure, system and improvement projects
• Management Governance involves monthly KPI reporting, Business Plan, management reviews, and coordination with Plant, Sales, Finance logistics partners
