Job summary

Kia India is seeking a Logistics Planning professional to drive planning, cost optimization and performance improvements across the logistics network. This role collaborates with plants, sales, finance and logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.

You will oversee capacity planning for plants and network optimization, monitor KPIs, manage risk and insurance, and lead SAP/ERP related controls and improvement projects to deliver cost savings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Planning & Strategy responsibilities across plant, VPC and RSY capacity
• Cost & Commercial responsibilities including freight optimization and business case evaluation
• Performance & Control responsibilities including KPI, SLA, dispatch and inventory monitoring
• Insurance & Risk responsibilities including transit insurance and claims management
• Process & Projects responsibilities including SAP/ERP controls and infrastructure projects
• Management & Governance responsibilities including monthly KPI reporting and reviews with partners

Responsibilities

• Management & Governance: Monthly KPI reporting, Business Plan, management reviews, coordination with Plant, Sales, Finance & logistics partners
