Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced logistics professional to lead end-to-end domestic logistics operations for our Tower Division. This role demands strong expertise in logistics planning, SAP systems, vendor management, and full traceability, ensuring seamless and cost-efficient supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Operations Management
   Lead domestic logistics operations for tower division materials
   Optimize transportation planning for timely delivery
   Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate tracking
   Drive cost optimization initiatives
2. SAP & Systems Management
   Manage logistics operations through SAP (MM/SD modules)
   Ensure data accuracy and real-time visibility
   Collaborate with IT teams for automation and enhancements
3. Vendor Development & Management
   Identify, onboard, and manage logistics vendors
   Build long-term partnerships with transport partners
   Track vendor performance via KPIs & SLAs
   Lead commercial negotiations for cost & service improvement
4. Full Traceability Implementation
   Ensure complete tracking of materials across the supply chain
   Implement shipment visibility from origin to delivery
   Maintain audit compliance and documentation
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
   Drive continuous improvement initiatives
   Ensure adherence to safety and statutory norms
   Conduct audits and maintain compliance readiness
6. Team Leadership
   Lead and mentor cross-location logistics teams
   Drive performance management and productivity
   Build a culture of accountability and excellence
