Job summary

Concept Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Andheri, Mumbai is seeking an Executive DGFT & Import Documentation (Pharma) to manage DGFT licenses, import/export documentation, and banking compliance. You will coordinate with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and DCGI to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle end-to-end DGFT applications, Advance Authorization, EPCG, RoDTEP, and import documentation, including banking tasks with HSBC DigiTrade and e-BRC reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of DGFT Policies, FTP, Customs Procedures, and Export-Import Regulations.
  • Experience with Advance Authorization, EPCG, RoDTEP schemes, and related filings.
  • Familiarity with Customs clearance, freight forwarding, and regulatory documentation.
  • Proficiency in RBI export documentation and e-BRC procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end processing of DGFT applications (Fresh & Amendment).
  • Prepare and manage Advance Authorization, EPCG, and RoDTEP filings.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and DCGI regulations.
  • Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, banks, and other authorities for approvals.
  • Manage import documentation: invoice, packing list, B/L, CO, insurance.
  • Oversee HSBC DigiTrade banking docs and e-BRC reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate license records and regulatory filings.

Salary: 6-10 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable)

Job Summary

The Executive DGFT & Import Documentation will be responsible for managing all activities related to DGFT licenses, import documentation, customs coordination, export incentive schemes, and banking documentation. The role ensures compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and DCGI regulations while facilitating smooth import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end processing of DGFT applications, including:
    • Advance Authorization (Fresh & Amendment)
    • Redemption of Advance Authorization
    • EPCG License Redemption
    • RoDTEP Applications
  • Ensure 100% compliance with DGFT policies, notifications, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor utilization of Advance Authorization Licenses and track Export Obligations (EO) to prevent defaults or penalties.
  • Prepare documentation for Advance Authorization registration, bond execution, and bond cancellation with Customs.
  • Coordinate with DGFT, Customs Authorities, and other Government Departments for approvals, clarifications, and issue resolution.
  • Manage complete import documentation, including:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Bill of Lading/Airway Bill
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Insurance Documents
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters to ensure timely customs clearance and shipment movement.
  • Track import shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle Import banking documentation through HSBC DigiTrade, including:
    • Disposal against Advance Payment
    • Payment against Shipment
    • Coordinate with banks for obtaining pending Electronic Bank Realisation Certificates (e-BRCs) and reconcile export proceeds.
  • Process and submit applications for Import License (Form 10) with DCGI.
  • Maintain accurate records of licenses, shipping documents, statutory approvals, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and maintain compliance with applicable government regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Sound knowledge of DGFT Policies, FTP, Customs Procedures, and Export-Import Regulations.
  • Experience in Advance Authorization, EPCG, and RoDTEP schemes.
  • Familiarity with Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding processes.
  • Working knowledge of RBI Export Documentation and e-BRC procedures.
  • Experience in handling HSBC DigiTrade or similar trade finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of DCGI Import License (Form 10) procedures.
  • Strong documentation and record management skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with Government Authorities, Customs, Banks, and Logistics Partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
