Role Description

The Logistics Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhojpur. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily transportation operations, including planning routes, scheduling shipments, and coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, supervising loading and unloading activities, and resolving operational issues to maintain service quality. The role involves working closely with customers and vendors, tracking shipment documentation, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Logistics Manager will also analyze logistics performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications
