Job summary

Zebronics is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage warehouse, shipment tracking, courier operations and billing for our E-Commerce and Quick Commerce activities. You will coordinate with drivers, logistics vendors and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory, and prior experience in E-Commerce logistics is preferred. The role requires night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM in Chennai, with emphasis on accuracy, timely reporting, and MIS data

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce logistics coordination is preferred.
• Must be familiar with courier and warehouse operations.
• Candidates from Chennai preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart operations.
• Follow up on shipment dispatch, delivery status, and courier coordination.
• Coordinate with drivers on shipment movement and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate transportation fare charges with drivers and vendors.
• Handle daily operations for E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms.
• Manage warehouse billing, courier billing, and related documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational data using Excel.
• Ensure timely shipment processing and accuracy.

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate with drivers regarding shipment movement and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate transportation fare charges with drivers and logistics vendors.
• Handle daily operations for E-Commerce & Quick Commerce platforms.
• Manage warehouse billing, courier billing, and operational documentation.
• Maintain product range and stock coordination in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Operations team for billing raise and invoice processing.
• Ensure timely shipment processing and operational accuracy.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational data reports using Excel.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience in E-Commerce & Logistics coordination
• Knowledge of courier and warehouse operations
• Candidates from Chennai preferred
• Experience in E-Commerce Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, or Sales Operations preferred.
