Job summary

Cult fit in Bengaluru is seeking a logistics operations coordinator to manage appointments across B2B channels (Amazon, Swiggy, Zepto), coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams, and drive end-to-end dispatch efficiency.

You will track shipments, handle delays and escalations, maintain daily trackers and MIS reports, provide timely updates to category POCs and internal stakeholders, and resolve urgent operational issues with ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and escalations effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting to track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments and handle delays, PODs, and escalations. (Coordination with both logistics team & Marketplaces)
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Handle urgent operational issues with ownership and quick resolution.
