Job summary

People, Jobs, and News in Delhi NCR is seeking a Logistics Executive—Domestic, Trade & Export to manage last-mile delivery, B2B trade shipments, and coordination with carriers on-site.

You will handle export documentation end-to-end, oversee packing, ensure delivery windows, and maintain compliance with BIS/QCO inbound/outbound standards.

This role requires 4–7 years in logistics with hands-on export docs, Incoterms, and ERP/WMS experience, offering growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Hands-on export documentation experience.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and HS classification.
• E-commerce or D2C last-mile experience.
• Experience with bulky or fragile categories.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable in a WMS or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage last-mile partners for furniture and decor.
• Oversee export documentation end-to-end.
• Track serviceability, timelines by pincode and product class.
• Negotiate and manage carrier and fleet contracts.
• Onboard sellers onto shipping process; set their pickup SLA, packaging spec and dispatch obligations.
• Coordinate delivery windows, unloading, installation handover, phased site coordination.
• Dispatch against project schedules.
• Track seller fulfilment performance and raise chargebacks for delays and damage.

Roles And Responsibility

• B2C delivery
• Manage last-mile partnersforfurniture and decor: parcel, heavy/bulky, andwhite-glove
• delivery-and-assembly
• Maintain serviceability and delivery-timeline data by pincode and product class — this
• feeds what a customer sees at checkout
• Run NDR, RTO and returns: pickup, condition check, restock orsellerreturn
• Track damage rate on fragile items and enforce packaging standards on sellers
• B2B / trade delivery
• Project freight: LTL, FTL, part-load, and consolidating multiple sellers into one site

• Site coordination — delivery windows, unloading, installation handover, phased

• Negotiate and manage carrier and fleet contracts

• Build and maintain landed-cost sheets per SKU and per container for the US, UAE and
• KSA across FOB, CIF and DDP
• Coordinate compliance requirements — BIS/QCO inbound, destination-market

Must have

• 4–7 years in logistics orsupply chain
• Hands-on export documentation experience — you have personally prepared or
• filed shipping documents, notjust watched someone do it
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and HS classification
• E-commerce or D2C last-mile experience, including RTO and returns handling
• Experience with bulky or fragile categories — furniture, appliances, ceramics, lighting,
• building materials, glass
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable in a WMS or ERP

• Both e-commerce last-mile and project/heavy freight in the same CV
• India–GCC orIndia–US lane experience
• Marketplace-side experience managing third-party sellers’ dispatch
