Job summary

Vadilal in Ahmedabad district seeks an EXIM Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end international shipments, export documentation and dispatch planning.

The role requires a graduate with 4–5 years in logistics, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel to support quarterly process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Business.
• MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding and export logistics.
• Strong coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Position - EXIM Logistics

Designation- Executive

Timings- 5:00 pm to 2:00 am (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with 3PLs, transporters and freight forwarders for timely domestic and international shipments.
• Plan and execute warehouse transfers, FTL shipments and export dispatches as per schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouses, production, operations and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer requirements.
• Prepare shipment plans, export documentation and maintain container ETA schedules.
• Monitor freight rates and negotiate with logistics vendors to ensure cost-effective transportation.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery, transportation and documentation issues.
• Verify vendor invoices, BOLs and shipment records and coordinate with Accounts for timely payments.
• Maintain accurate logistics and dispatch records for audits and management reporting.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and MIS for management.
• Support process improvements to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate with 45 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Business; MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding and export logistics.
• Strong coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
