Job summary

Shifastar Technologies in Pune is seeking a Logistics Executive (Order Management) to coordinate the end-to-end order cycle for engineering product solutions, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate invoicing, and customer satisfaction.

You will work with Engineering, Sales and Proposal teams, manage POs, OA, dispatch planning, and payment follow-ups, while maintaining strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry in company systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Proposal teams, and customers to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
• Review customer Purchase Orders (POs), prepare Order Acknowledgements (OAs), and identify issues before materials are received.
• Conduct daily work planning, prioritize tasks, manage escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams regarding order status, dispatch updates, and payment follow-ups.
• Create Internal Work Orders after receiving customer POs.
• Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for dispatch planning and payment collection.
• Ensure all documentation and coordination required for accurate invoicing and collections is completed.

Job Description:

To coordinate and execute all activities from the time an order is received until payment is collected from the customer.This role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, error-free order fulfillment, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry in company systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Proposal teams, and customers to ensureseamless order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar logistics / order fulfilment role
• Must have experience in an engineering products company
• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel
