CRUX is seeking a passionate and skilled Logistics Executive to join our US-based logistics client's team in Chennai. This full-time role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by managing logistics flows and providing exceptional customer service.

You will interact with global customers, ensuring inquiries are documented and routed efficiently while mastering logistics protocols. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, prior experience in logistics, and be proficient in relevant software. Work is based in Chennai West Tambaram.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customs Regulations is preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries from around the globe, meticulously documenting details and efficiently routing them to the appropriate international operations teams.
• Drive execution by diligently following up on existing inquiries daily, collaborating closely with our operations and shipping departments to ensure seamless transaction completion.
• Master our global logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), continuously expanding your expertise in the intricacies of international trade.
