Job summary

Purple Bean Agro Industries is seeking an organized logistics coordinator to manage dispatches for sales orders in Pune. You will liaise with courier partners, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Operations, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment with excellent documentation habits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Logistics / Dispatch / Courier / Operations.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of courier booking, tracking, and delivery processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate logistics for sales orders and dispatches.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery.
• Book couriers and transportation as per order requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding order details, delivery addresses, dispatch requirements, and shipment status.
• Track all shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Handle logistics-related queries, delays, delivery issues, and coordinate with courier partners for resolution.
• Maintain records of dispatches, courier bookings, tracking details, PODs, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations for timely order processing and dispatch.
• Ensure proper documentation for every shipment.
• Negotiate and coordinate with courier/transport partners as needed.
• Follow up on pending or undelivered shipments.
• Maintain daily logistics reports and update shipment status regularly.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Courier/Transport Partners.
