Job summary

Sanctum Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented logistics support professional to coordinate daily operations in Bengaluru. You will manage communications across channels, track deliveries, and work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

The role requires 13 years of logistics/SCM experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. On-site role at HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru.

• Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) and maintain documentation.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide status updates.

Purpose :

A detail-oriented and highly organized professional seeking to support logistics operations by effectively managing communications across multiple channels and coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Role & responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Handle incoming (receivable) and outgoing courier processes efficiently.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, and other channels.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
• Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and transportation activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide status updates, and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, delivery timelines, and operational metrics.
• Support problem-solving efforts and elevate critical issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with customers, end users, sales team, and other internal stakeholders for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support
• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• basic knowledge of courier operations and shipment handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
