Responsibilities

• Manage complete inventory control, including inward and outward stock movement.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Plan and place orders for books and materials as required to avoid stock shortages.
• Coordinate with printing vendors, suppliers, and courier partners for timely procurement and dispatch.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure adherence to committed timelines.
• Supervise and guide the Dispatch Executive/Dispatch Boy in packing, labeling, and shipment processes.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Team for stock reconciliation and billing documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Optimize inventory levels to reduce wastage, pilferage, and operational costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports, along with management dashboards.
