Job summary

Zebronics is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to manage daily operations in Gurugram. The role focuses on coordinating movement of goods, coordinating transport, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

You will liaise with vendors and warehouse teams, track shipments, and maintain shipment records. Basic ERP/WMS and MS Excel skills are preferred to ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred - Supply chain / Logistics).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods across locations.
• Manage transportation and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward shipments (GRN, LR, invoice, e-way bills, etc.).
• Handle return logistics and damaged goods process.
• Maintain records of shipments, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
