Job summary

Delhivery in Karnataka is seeking an operations associate to handle day-to-day tasks, ensure timely processing of client orders, and monitor shipment status. The role involves weekly shift-based manpower allocation and coordination with clients to gather daily vehicle details.

Qualifications

• Timely and accurate processing of client orders.
• Regular tracking and reporting of key performance metrics.
• Proactive communication with internal and external clients regarding shipment status and updates.
• Shift wise manpower allocation on weekly basis and take care of 1 Shift operation
• Co-ordinate with client and collect details of daily I/B vehicle details
• All reported shipments/documents to be properly checked and Gate entry completed,
• All documents to be neatly signed and to have seal and filed for further reference
