Job summary

Pravek Kalp in India is seeking a Stock & Inventory Coordinator to manage and ensure the accuracy of FG, DG, expiry, near expiry and POP materials. You will oversee incoming and outbound shipping of finished goods and POP items as recorded in tally, and handle order processing with careful checks on rate, quantity and item name before dispatch.

You will maintain 100% quantity tracking on every bill, ensure inventory and billing are properly documented, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales,

Responsibilities

• Managing and ensuring the accuracy of Stock (Marketing) like FG, DG, expiry, near expiry and POP materials, etc.
• Managing incoming and outbound shipping of FG Stock/ POP materials as entered in Tally v/s physically.
• Order processing with prior and after checking in all aspects like Rate, Quantity, Name before Dispatch.
• Ensure quantity tracking with 100% accuracy on every bill as sales promotion or delivery.
• Ensure inventory and bill is properly documented and ordered, as well as to guarantee delivery schedules are adhered to.
• Coordination with Marketing, Sales, Design and Accounts teams for the order process.
• Billing for promotional goods to all Sales Staff with prior approval and keeping track record.
• Physical v/s Tally stock reconciliation on a daily basis as cycle count based on past dispatched also 100% stock on month end.
• Ensure that FIFO (first-in-first-out) is followed.
• Ensure outdated and defective goods are not stored.
