Job summary

Premier Medical is seeking a logistics professional in Gujarat to manage end-to-end shipments of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and packaging. You will coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain compliant dispatch documentation.

You'll monitor shipment status, POD, and delays, while ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and accurate record-keeping. Collaboration with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Sales teams is essential for

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with GMP, GDP, company SOPs, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and POD and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Sales teams for smooth movement of materials.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of temperature-sensitive and other controlled pharmaceutical products, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, stock movement reports, transporter records, and shipment tracking data.
• Evaluate transporter performance and help control transportation costs, freight expenses, and delivery efficiency.
• Investigate and report logistics-related damages, shortages, delays, temperature excursions, and customer complaints, and support corrective actions.
