• Log updates on Google Sheets for raised tickets.
• Filing claims for lost/damaged packages as couriers advise.
• Maintain records of claims and liaise with accounts teams.
• Escalate claims to courier dispute teams when needed.
• Coordinate with courier partners in the UK, Australia, Europe and elsewhere.
• Handle logistics-related tasks and ad hoc projects as required by management.
• Organize and store paperwork and digital records (e.g., Google Sheets).
• Handle logistics queries from various departments and stores.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Liaising via email with internal customer care & store/operations teams
• Logging updates on Google Sheets about a raised ticket.
• Filing claims for packages lost/ damaged in transit as the courier partners communicate.
• Maintain records of claims approved/ rejected for accounting purposes & liaising with accounts teams
• Escalating claims to the couriers dispute team when claims are rejected (situation-based).
• Coordinating with courier partners in the UK, Australia, Europe & other courier partners around the world
• Working on any other logistics-related task as required by the Management.
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information (like google sheets)
• Working on Logistics queries sent by various departments and stores
• Working on ad hoc projects
