Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and send timely alerts when inventory becomes too low or high.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders by email or phone to coordinate regular needs for load prioritization and on-way visibility to sales team.
• Responsible for collecting POD and creating LR on time.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
