Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatches as per customer commitments and production availability.
• Coordinate vehicle placement and loading schedules with transporters and warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Track and reduce logistics delays through proactive coordination and escalation.
• Ensure efficient and Optimized A Frame retrieval
• Maintain transporter performance scorecards and ensure service compliance.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, shortages, damages, and transit concerns.
• Drive freight bill verification and transporter payment processes.
• Drive initiatives to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, GST, e-Way Bill, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain dispatch documentation and audit records.
• Support internal and external audits related to logistics operations
