• Keep ground staff motivated and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Build a team from the ground up.

What will you get to do?

• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
• Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+ delivery partners
• Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply, own & optimise the cost of collection
• Delight customers by ensuring on‑time collection and on‑time delivery of samples to the lab for processing
• Design rosters and routes and ensure adequate supply on ground
• Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed, and ensure 100% adherence to the company’s standard operating procedures
• Hire and build a team from the ground up

Skills We Are Looking For
