Role Summary

The Head – Supply Operations will lead the end-to-end management of the eMedic (phlebotomist) supply network responsible for at-home and retail diagnostic collections.

The role focuses on ensuring reliable supply availability, building a structured hiring funnel, and maintaining high clinical quality standards across the network. The leader will work closely with Training, Product, City Operations, and CX teams to ensure operational efficiency, workforce capability, and consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Availability & Workforce Planning
  • Ensure consistent supply availability across At-Home and Retail operations.
  • Drive workforce planning to maintain adequate eMedic coverage across hubs and cities.
  • Build hub-level skill coverage, ensuring availability of trained eMedics for specialized collections such as pediatric and complex cases.
  • Continuously monitor supply deployment and optimize workforce utilization.
2. Supply Funnel & Hiring Operations
  • Manage a structured supply funnel management system from lead generation to active eMedic onboarding.
  • Build sustainable channels for supply generation through partnerships, field sourcing, and supply marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the full onboarding lifecycle including screening, documentation, BGV, training, and activation.
  • Track funnel performance and continuously improve hiring conversion and onboarding efficiency.
3. Supply Quality & Capability
  • Strengthen the quality of supply hired by improving screening and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure new eMedics meet required clinical and operational capability standards before deployment.
  • Work with training teams to establish structured skill validation and certification frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality through performance monitoring and feedback loops.
4. Operations Systems & Process Management
  • Build and strengthen operational systems that support workforce management and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in incentive management processes through system-driven calculations.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor supply performance and operational outcomes.
5. Inventory & Field Enablement
  • Manage planning and allocation of operational assets required by the eMedic workforce.
  • Ensure timely availability of new and replacement inventory required for field operations.
  • Establish systems for tracking and managing asset allocation and utilization.

Required Experience
