Logistic Manager – Job Description

What will you get to do?

• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
• Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+ delivery partners.
• Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply, own & optimise the cost of collection.
• Delight customers by ensuring on‑time collection and delivery of samples to the lab for processing.
• Design rosters and routes to ensure adequate supply on the ground.
• Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed and ensure 100% adherence to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Hire and build team from the ground up.
