Job summary

Mahindra Finance in India is seeking a role focused on Sales & Business Development for car loan products. The role involves sourcing customers, building strong relations with dealers and DSAs, achieving monthly loan disbursement targets, and conducting field visits to identify new business opportunities.

You will understand customer needs, explain terms and documentation, assist with application filings, and coordinate with credit/operations for smooth processing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain relations with dealers, DSA, brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and end-to-end support.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.
• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion after disbursement.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
