Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Pathanamthitta, Kerala invites a Field Sales professional to drive new car loan and pre-owned loan business. You will source customers, build dealer networks, and strive to meet monthly disbursement targets through active field visits.

You\'ll handle customers, explain terms, assist with applications, verify documents, coordinate with credit and operations, and support post-disbursement activities to ensure smooth onboarding and repayments.

Responsibilities

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.
• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
