• Source home loan business through direct customers, DSAs, brokers, developers, and internal referrals
• Handle customer profiling, eligibility checks, documentation, and loan logins
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and HFCs for sanctions and disbursements
• Track cases, manage TATs, and resolve lender or customer queries
• Ensure adherence to process, policy, and compliance requirements
• Maintain MIS on logins, sanctions, disbursements, and pipeline
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and lenders

Qualifications
