Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to keep them happy.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely processing.
• Supervise and coordinate operation of PBL-owned cranes as needed for specific jobs.
• Oversee loading of Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) ensuring safety and proper handling.
• Ensure all loading and unloading is performed according to safety rules and company standards.
• Prepare and provide Billy/LR (Logistics Receipt) copies to vehicle drivers for shipments.
• Track vehicles using GPS to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide updates on vehicle location and status.
• Be ready to travel for client meetings or to supervise operations as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in local language and Hindi.
• Work with brokers and site loading charges for smooth loading/unloading of goods.
• Coordinate with customer, broker, and driver on vehicle placement, dimensions, weight, and any extra charges.
• Update loading/unloading details in the company’s software system.
• Collect and manage penalty documents, and inform Account Executives of any deductions.
• Confirm customer calls are scheduled; if own vehicles are unavailable, verify vehicle details with brokers before loading.
• Material handling.
• Traffic and unloading procedures must be known.
• Field work, visit customer sites.
