Job Description

We are looking forManagement Trainees, Sales & Operationswho are interested in building a long-term career in theTransportation & Logistics industry.

The selected candidates will undergo a structured1-year cross-functional training programcovering different areas of our business. During this period, candidates will gain practical exposure toloading activities, backend operations, transportation operations, customer handling and sales.

At the end of the training period, candidates will be evaluated based on theirperformance, skills, learning ability, discipline, communication, problem-solving ability and overall capability. Based on the assessment, they will be placed in a suitable role withinSales, Operations or another relevant function.

Preferred candidate profile

• Having apersonal laptopfor work will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with bothfield work and office work.
• Having a two-wheeler.
