• Hands-on experience in LMS implementations (SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Saba, Moodle, Workday Learning, or similar).
• Strong experience in Data Migration and Content Migration projects.
• Experience in developing and supporting Middleware/Integration Solutions using APIs, Web Services, ETL tools, or Integration Platforms.
• Knowledge of LMS data structures, learning content standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI), and integration architecture.
• LMS Administration and Configuration.
